R&D Manager (M/F) – CDI – 100% French

Tasks

  • Participate in strategic thinking on new products and in drafting specifications
  • Supervise trials, tests and technical documentation.
  • Contribute to product development on the market (demonstrations, publications, trade fairs, technology watch).
  • Guarantee industrial feasibility and support production launches.
  • Improve existing production processes
  • Support and supervise a team of engineers and technicians.

Your profile

 

  • HES or EPFL engineer in mechanical engineering
  • Many years of experience in the world of machining
  • Excellent knowledge of regulations relating to developed or industrialized products
  • Proficiency in French (mother tongue or equivalent), English (B2), German (B2)
  • Solid computer skills, in particular Microsoft packages, drawing software and ERP
  • Knowledge of budget planning and management control
  • Innovative, rigorous and organized
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize
